LIGHTWEIGHT CASES

As with all our timber made cases, our lightweight briefcase style cases follow the same assembly process. First the laminate or aluminium is bonded to the desired thickness if birch-ply timber with a specially formulated glue known as taco-grip. 3.5mm and 6mm ply are most often used in the manufacture of lightweight cases. In the event that a client desires a lighter case we have a light but very durable plastic known as astroboard, which is a finish in itself and comes in a range of colours and thicknesses.

Usage: Laptops, microphones, small monitors, leads, toolcases, etc..
